Jay Johnstone

Career: Played in the big leagues for parts of 20 seasons with eight different teams, including two stints with the Dodgers (1980-82 and '85).

Did you know? Won World Series titles with the Yankees in 1977 and the Dodgers in 1981 ... belted a sixth inning pinch-hit two-run home run to help the Dodgers beat the Yankees, 8-7, in Game 4 of the 1981 World Series.

Post-game: Owned an auto-sports store, authored three books, and worked as a broadcaster for ESPN, the Yankees, Phillies and FOX ... died of Covid-19 complications at the age of 75 on September 26, 2020.
