Career: Played in the big leagues for parts of three seasons, all with the Dodgers from 1985 to 1987.

Did you know? Led the Double-A Texas League in home runs with 31 in 1984.

Post-game: Played in Japan for eight seasons (1988-1995), winning three home run titles and an MVP award in 1989 ... served as coach and batting instructor for the Orix Buffaloes and, most recently, as manager of the independent Shibetsu Samurai Blades ... was inducted into the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College Athletics HOF in 2015.
