Greg Brock

Career: Played in the big leagues for 10 seasons, the first five with the Dodgers from 1982 to 1986.

Did you know? Was a two-time minor league home run king, pacing the California League in round-trippers with 29 in 1980 and the Texas League with 32 in 1981 ... hit .310 with 44 homers and 138 RBI for Albuquerque of the PCL in 1982 ... replaced Steve Garvey, who departed to San Diego via free agency, as the Dodgers' first baseman in 1983.

Post-game: Served as the head baseball coach at a pair of Wisconsin high schools in the mid-to-late 1990s, spent a decade as the head coach at Mountain View High School in Loveland, Colorado (with the school winning a state championship in 2002 and naming the baseball field after him), before moving across town to coach Loveland High ... was inducted into the Wyoming Athletics HOF in 2002 and the Albuquerque Baseball HOF in 2012.
