Eddie Moore

Career: 
Played in the big leagues for parts of 10 seasons with five teams, including the Dodgers in 1929 and 1930.

Did you know? Hit the last "bounce" home run in major league history on September 26, 1930; after the season, balls hit into fair territory that bounce into the stands are reclassified as ground-rule doubles ... hit the game-winning homer in game six of the 1925 World Series, and collected three hits and scored three runs in game seven to help the Pirates win the title.

Post-game: Served as a minor league manager ... died of a heart attack on February 10, 1976 at age 77.
