Tom Kinslow

Career: Played in the big leagues for parts of 10 seasons with eight teams, including Brooklyn from 1891 to 1894.

Did you know? Hit the longest home run at Brooklyn's Eastern Park, a solo shot off Cleveland's John Clarkson in the top of the fifth inning, on June 15, 1894.

Post-game: Owned and operated a saloon in Washington, DC, worked as an oyster dealer, and later as a bartender in New York ... died of tuberculosis at age 35 on February 22, 1901.
