Dick Gray

Career: 
Played in the big leagues for parts of three seasons with he Dodgers (1958-59) and Cardinals (1959-60).

Did you know?  Hit the first home run in Los Angeles Dodgers history, a two run-shot in the second inning off Ramon Monzant of the San Francisco Giants at Seals Stadium on April 16, 1958 ... two days later, he hit the first home run at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, a solo-blast off the Giants' John Antonelli in the seventh inning.

Post Game: Worked in the maintenance department of the Buena Park school district for 34 years ... died on July 8, 2013, three days prior to his 82nd birthday.
