Geoff Zahn

Career:
Played in the big leagues for parts of 13 seasons with four different teams, including the Dodgers from 1973 to 1975.

Did you know?
 Nicknamed "Mr. April" because of his 26-7 record, 2.71 earned run average and 18 complete games in the season's opening month ... did not log a single inning in April for the Boys in Blue despite appearing in 29 games for the club.

Post Game: Worked as a pitching coach at Pepperdine and was head coach at Michigan, his alma-mater, from 1996-to-2001, winning the Big 10 title in 1999 ... works as a motivational speaker and is the owner and operator a of the Master Pitching Institute ,,, was inducted into State of Maryland Athletic HOF in 2011 and the Albuquerque Professional Baseball Hall of Fame in 2013.
