Willie Davis

Career: Played in the big leagues for 18 seasons with six different teams, including the Dodgers from 1960 to 1973.

Did you know? Remains the Los Angeles franchise leader in hits (2,091), runs scored (1,004), total bases (3,094), extra base hits (585), triples (110), and at-bats (7,495) ... was nicknamed "3-Dog" because of his uniform number and his greyhound like speed.

Post-game: Struggled with drugs and the law, and later worked for the Dodgers' speakers bureau ... died at the age of 69 on March 9, 2010.
