Career:
Played in the big leagues for 18 seasons with 10 different teams, including the Dodgers from 1959 to 1966.

Did you know? Led the NL in batting in back-to-back seasons, hitting .346 in 1962 and .326 in 1963.

Post-game: After serving as a minor hitting coach with the Angels in 1980 and as a big league hitting coach for the Mariners in 1981, worked for the Dodger organization in various capacities for nearly 40 years ... died on April 3, 2022 at the age of 83.
