Charlie Neal

Career:
Played in the big leagues for eight seasons with three different teams, including the Dodgers from 1956-to-1961.

Did you know? Belted a pair of home runs in a 4-3 victory over the White Sox in Game 2 of the 1959 World Series at Comiskey Park on October 2, 1959 ... was one of four Dodgers to appear in the Opening Day lineup for the expansion New York Mets on April 11, 1962.

Post-game: Managed a sporting goods store and later owned and operated a security store in Dallas, TX ... died of heart failure on November 18, 1996 at age 65.
